You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the cleaning fee and key deposit.
1.2 Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund. The full reservation amount will be retained.
1.3 No-Show
If you do not arrive for your reservation without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
2. HOW TO CANCEL
2.1 Cancellation Process
To cancel your reservation, you must contact us using the contact form on our website or by email at mnrn@apartmanyvirnovotny.eu. Please include your email address, the dates you reserved for, and the name under which the booking was made.
2.2 Cancellation Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

If you wish to modify your reservation dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

Changes to the number of guests must be communicated in advance and may affect the total price.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent you from completing your stay, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.
