Welcome to Apartmány Vir Novotný. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. RESERVATIONS
1.1 Booking Process
All reservations must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
1.2 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit card payments and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
1.3 Key Deposit
A refundable key deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out if the apartment and keys are returned in good condition.
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
2.1 Check-in time: After 2:00 PM
2.2 Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM
Different arrangements may be made by prior agreement.
3. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Guests must:
- Treat the apartment and all furnishings with care
- Comply with house rules provided at check-in
- Not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the reservation
- Not smoke inside the apartment
- Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
3.2 Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed cancellation terms.
5. LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries sustained on the property unless caused by our negligence
- Disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control
6. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.
